Our locations house state-of-the-art training centers, where the principles of lean manufacturing are the focus and the developmental tools needed to succeed are provided daily. Our department of specialized trainers brings many years of experience and provides over five initial days of new hire training for Team Members, in which two days are centered on Toyotetsu foundations and three days are hands-on, before being released to the production floor or administration office for more in-depth, job specific training. Refreshment training is encouraged and provided often, allowing our Team Members to grow as energetically as Toyotetsu has grown in the past and will continue to in the future.
